Since version 1.0.3, the Enderal Launcher will not run if the name of the directory skyrim is installed in is not "Skyrim" (will complain about not finding TESV.exe) this is a launcher bug (currently being fixed) and can be "fixed" by renaming the directory, launching the launcher for updates and config, and renaming the directory again to its previous name before playing (running skse_loader.exe directly). If not, find and remove the offending mod(s).
